Update December 4, 2006

Taylor continues to sit up in the chair daily and yesterday she even got to go outside to get some fresh air! Sitting is not Taylor's favorite thing to do right now, but it should start getting easier the more often she does it.

Everyone is excited to see that Taylor is her same spunky self. She's very good at telling the doctors, nurses and her parents what she wants and needs. It's her personality and drive that are going to help her recover.

If you are interested in donating with a credit card to the "Taylor Hope Fund," you can now make a secure online payment using Pay Pal. A "Make a Donation" button has been added to the right side of the website. To make a donation, simply click on the button to be routed to a secure Pay Pal webpage.

We hear that "Hope for Taylor" buttons are circulating around Chico and want you all to know that we, too, are wearing our buttons everyday. We would like to thank everyone for their continued support!

Hello Taylor, Tammy, & Chad,

I am so glad to hear that you were able to go outside and get some fresh air today. I also really enjoyed hearing that you are still your spunky self and telling everyone what you want. You must get that from your dad's side of the family because I tend to do the same thing. I know you were asking to watch the movie "Babe" and I hope you have been able to see it by now. Do you have a DVD player or an old style VHS. Just thought I'd check, maybe a new movie might help you through a tough day. I know that the "Hope for Taylor" buttons are circulating throughout Chico however, Tammy or Chad We would love to have some in Colusa for the Griffith's and Garcia's to wear as well. If you get a chance let me know who I could contact. We hope tomorrow will be another good day and our thoughts and prayers are with you. Lots of Love, your cousins-

Kelli & Andy Garcia

Hello, Hello,

Well, the Christmas lights are up on many of the houses these days- glittering and bright, all the colors of the rainbow. Some blink, some say Merry Christmas, some just hanging from the trees. I'm wondering if you can have a strand or two in your room?? Is the nurses station decorated?

Yum, Ice cream! What's your favorite??

Thinking of you.

Love, The Daverson's

Hi Taylor,
Your Nana Vickie tells us everyday how strong your are. We love to hear that your still the Taylor we have always loved! I'm sure its really hard to be so brave, but your doing a great job!
Have another slice of pizza and for heaven sakes ask for some more ice-cream. That kind of menu is sure to give a bit more energy to keep up the spunky attitude.

Hi Taylor,

I am so glad that you got to go outside, it's nice to breath some fresh air, especially this time of the year. Hope you are feeling better everyday. Everyone is thinking of you and your family. You are in my thoughts and prayers everyday. I admire you so much for your strength, you are such a big girl for being so young.

Hi Taylor! I haven't had the pleasure of meeting you but I went to school with your mommy. I have a little girl close to your age and I was telling her what a brave little girl you have been! You stay strong and kept doing what the doctors tell you and you will be home in no time! P.S. this would be a good time to ask for a goodie that mommy usually says no too! Smiles!!! Tammy just wanted you to know I was thinking about you, Taylor and your family.Lots of hugs and kisses, Niki Pedroia-Bryson and family.
